Wolfgang
R. Dalichau
President
Wolfgang
brings a broad range of experience in Sales, Marketing
and Management to M21 Industries, following a successful
35-year career at NCR Corp, with assignments in Europe,
Middle East/Africa, Latin America and the USA. In his
last assignment he managed NCR's Financial Solutions Group
for the Americas, a $1.2 billion operation, where he generated
growth and profitability above industry average.
He joined M21 Industries in October 2002
Wolfgang serves as a Trustee on the Board of the Dayton
Philharmonic Orchestra and as a Trustee of the National
Aviation Hall of Fame.

Jeffrey
S. Levine
CEO
Jeff
spent the majority of his career developing a local business
into one of the largest independent Computer Graphics companies
in the Nation. As President and CEO, he grew CAD ONE to
$40MM in revenues, through internal growth and acquisitions,
before eventually selling to a strategic buyer, Charrette
Corporation, in Boston Massachusetts. There, he was named
Executive Vice President, where he served for two years,
and then decided to pursue other options closer to the Dayton
area.
Jeff joined M21 Industries in October 2002.
He is active in the community where he serves on the Board
of four commercial concerns, as well as on the Board of
Trustees of the National Aviation Hall of Fame, and The
Good Samaritan Hospital. He is also an active member of
the Dayton Rotary Club |

David
G. Allen
Vice President, Operations
David has 25 years experience in controlling all aspects
of planning, designing, manufacturing and installing architectural
millwork and store fixtures. He has managed all major functional
areas including Estimating, Purchasing, Production Control
and Administration, and assumed overall operational control
for M21 earlier this year. David’s attention to detail
provides a solid foundation for scheduling and controlling
the many steps that ultimately lead to timely delivery and
installation. |

Donald
L. Carter
Vice President, Production Control
Don is a 25-year veteran of store fixture manufacturing
and has extensive experience in all aspects of the engineering,
scheduling and production function. He currently handles
Production Control and is also responsible for 2 major accounts.
Don is a major contributor to M21's ability to meet and
exceed customer expectations. |

Russell
"Rusty" P. Brown
Vice President, Delivery & Installation
Rusty manages the Delivery and Installation function at
M21, ensures that customer expectations are met and committed
delivery times are being kept. He brings 25+ years of experience
in fieldwork for woodworking and project management to this
task. He has successfully managed the end-to-end installation
process for numerous Department Stores, always with a penchant
for detail, and a goal of satisfying his customers. |

Vince
Weis
Director of Manufacturing
Vince has 15 years experience in managing production and
marketing and sales functions in the wood working industry.
He joined M21 in 2003 and is currently responsible for
all shop floor activities. “Lean Manufacturing”
is the watch word for Vince, in addition to meeting tight
schedules and quality objectives. |
